Autistic Grievance
It’s been over 100 years since our Freedom and Rights were taken away by the xenophobia of 20th century – But the World has evolved, Humanity has entered a new Era – it is an era of Human movement towards Equality. We are witnessing incredible changes and we too are seeking acceptance, inclusion, and societal arrangements which would allow us to reenter Society as free people with equal rights.
We invoke the 1st Amendment to petition the Government of United States for a redress of grievances on behalf of Autistic people for whom the justice hasn’t been served and the blessings of liberty had been withheld.
The summary of our grievance
- Segregation has become a way of life for great majority of ASD and I/DD population.
- Autism industry has morphed into a self-serving machinery of exploitation of our children and adults
- Our Law is not defending our human rights
- The “autism solution” of today is fraught with eugenics, human experimentation, exploitation of children, segregated Special Ed, sheltered slave labor, discrimination, institutionalization, and life of captivity – all of which the law has allowed.
We ask the Government to address this abomination
- Abolish the heinous “autism solution” of today that rivals “slavery” of yesterday!
- Restore and enforce our rights in Law
- No – to Life under Guardianship!
We offer solutions of inclusion – Universal solutions which would benefit not only us as ‘free people’ – but would benefit the country as well
